There are many other situations which also produce hallucinations but, since these are normally associated with mental ill health, it is not normal to draw parallels between these and hypnosis. In fact some parallels are surprisingly close, a fact that tells us a good deal about hypnosis. Speakers at this event will include experts in the fields of schizophrenia and neurodegenerative disorders, such as Parkinson's Disease.
The programmewill throw light upon the nature and treatment of hallucinations in these conditions, and also upon the nature of hypnosis.
Fore more information please contact:
Tel: +44 (0) 20 7290 3856
Fax: +44 (0) 20 7290 2989
Email: coordinatorhypnosis@rsm.ac.uk
