Never use tobacco or drink alcohol
By Diana Kohnle
(HealthDay News) -- You're probably tired of all of the "don't do this" advice you've heard during your pregnancy.
But the American Academy of Family Physicians says it's very important to heed a few of them, namely:
- Don't smoke.
- Don't use illicit drugs.
- Don't drink alcohol.
- Don't clean the cat's litter box.
- Don't eat raw meat.
- Don't use a sauna or hot tub.
- Don't douche. Just bathe normally.
