Health Tip: Exercise Isn't Always Expensive
Here are less costly options
By Diana Kohnle
(HealthDay News) -- Exercise doesn't have to amount to a monthly pass to the neighborhood gym.
The U.S. Weight-Control Information Network offers these inexpensive exercise suggestions:
- Take a walk or run around a local park, or the track at a nearby school.
- Go for a brisk walk around the nearest mall.
- Rent some inexpensive exercise videos.
- Don't have a dog to walk? Pretend you do, and start walking on your own.
