Health Tip: Use a Stability Ball
It can help improve core muscles

(HealthDay News) -- A stability ball is an oversized, flexible ball that you can use to strengthen core muscles and get a good workout.

The American Council on Exercise says possible benefits of exercising with a stability ball include:

  • Improved balance.
  • Stronger abdominal, core and trunk muscles.
  • Improved posture.
  • Better balance of muscle strength between your abdomen and your back.
