It can help improve core muscles

(HealthDay News) -- A stability ball is an oversized, flexible ball that you can use to strengthen core muscles and get a good workout.
The American Council on Exercise says possible benefits of exercising with a stability ball include:
- Improved balance.
- Stronger abdominal, core and trunk muscles.
- Improved posture.
- Better balance of muscle strength between your abdomen and your back.
