* 1. Due to the last minute change in venue
for the conference, we were not able to tie directly into
the room's audio or slides and sometimes the timing of slides
may be slightly off. In some presentations, the speaker
made last minute changes to slides that may not appear in
the recording.
2. Viewing of recordings is possible only on a PC and not
on MACs. When you begin to view a recording, you will be
asked if you want to use the Participant Application (a
special viewer software) or a Java Application. If you choose
the Java Application, you must wait several seconds for
the Java software to download. There is no installation
on your computer. You must be Java enabled. If you select
to use the Participant Application, you will download the
software and must install it on your computer. You will
need to do this only once. When this application is installed,
you can enter recorded (or live) events without waiting
for the download and when viewing the presentation you have
additional viewing options, such as going directly to any
slide or portion of the presentation. Otherwise, the experience
of viewing the recording is the same.
