Immune Tolerance
Diminished or absent capacity to make a specific response to an antigen, usually produced as a result of contact with that antigen under non-immunizing conditions.

Drug Tolerance
This occurs when the body becomes accustomed to the therapeutic effect of a drug. Thus, more may be required to achieve the desired effect.
