ACTION - 2   ACTOR: YOU

Consult the conditions of HONcode certification & complete the HONcode questionnaire.
Reason: In order to determine the areas in which your website does not comply with the HONcode, the system will generate the list of necessary modifications to be introduced onto your web site. To expedite the certification process, you should start the required modification as soon as possible.

ACTION - 3   ACTOR: YOU

Fill the application form.
Reason: HON needs some general information about your website and yourself for communication purposes.

ACTION - 4   ACTOR: HON   -  TERM: 12 to 18 months

A HONcode reviewer will evaluate your site and its conformity with 8 HONcode Principles, you will receive the result of this evaluation via e-mail.
Reason: HON needs to determine if your site is applicable and if you respect the 8 HONcode principles.

ACTION - 5 ACTOR: YOU   -  TERM: 2 weeks

If necessary, make the required modifications and inform us afterwards.
Reason : Full conformity with all 8 principles is required for display of certificate.

ACTION - 6 ACTOR: HON   -  TERM: 2 weeks

HONcode reviewer will re-evaluate your site taking into account the last modifications made on your website.
Reason: To determine conformity of your website with principles after modifications. If the result of re-evaluation is satisfactory you will receive your HONcode certificate.
