Filiberto Di Prospero dopo la Maturità Scientifica ha conseguito la Laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia (massimo dei voti) nel 1982 presso l'Università degli Studi di Ancona; successivamente si è specializzato in Ginecologia ed Ostetricia (dichiarazione di lode) e quindi in Endocrinologia e Malattie del Ricambio (metabolismo). E' iscritto all'Ordine dei Medici della Provincia di Macerata al n.1169.
