Who we are Council The governing body of the Foundation is the Council. The named members of the Council are: President Edith Graf-Litscher Edith Graf-Litscher is a Member of the Swiss Parliament, whose political focus is on health policy, social security and transportation policy. She has professional experience in the health insurance industry and in the associative world, and is the current president of the Swiss-German patient association.
