Description
Croup : A condition characterized by resonant barking cough, hoarseness
and persistant stridor and caused by allergy, foreign body, infection,
or neoplasm. It occurs chiefly in infants and children. [1]
Parainfluenza Virus 2, Human : A species of RUBULAVIRUS
associated particularly with acute laryngotracheitis (CROUP) in children
aged 6 months to 3 years. [1]
Respiratory Sounds :
Noises, normal and abnormal, heard on auscultation over any
part of the respiratory tract.
